HMS Wins Honorable Mention in CDC HA-VTE Challenge

The CDC and AHRQ launched the HA-VTE Prevention Challenge on November 2, 2015, as a way to find and reward hospitals, managed care organizations and hospital networks for innovative work they've done related to healthcare-associated venous thromboembolism (VTE).  The Michigan Hospital Medicine Safety Consortium is happy to be recognized today as an honorable mention for our work related to hospitalized medical patients.
